We want you to love your jewelry. If, for any reason, you’re not completely satisfied, we offer a straightforward return and exchange policy to ensure your peace of mind.
Warranty Against Manufacturing Defects
Each piece is carefully inspected and guaranteed to be free of manufacturing defects at shipment. We do not drop ship. All shipping is done through Eden Row Jewelers which reduces the chances of a defective item being shipped. If a manufacturing defect is discovered within six months from the shipment date, we will repair or replace the item at our discretion. Manufacturing defects do not include damage caused by normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or unauthorized repairs.
Returns
You may return an item within 30 days of the shipment date for a full purchase refund, provided it is in its original, unworn condition. Credit will be issued to your original form of payment.

Exchanges
You may exchange an item within 30 days of the shipment date for a full purchase credit towards the purchase of any other item(s) of comparable value. Any credit due to you will be issued to your original form of payment.

Conditions for Return or Exchange
Inspection Process: After you return the item, it will go through an inspection process, which can take up to 10 business days.
Saleable Condition: Items must be returned in their original, unworn condition, with all accompanying documentation, packaging, and certificates. Any item showing signs or wear, resizing, or alteration will not be accepted. Missing diamond certificates may incur a re-certification fee.
Damaged Items: Damaged items caused by normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or unauthorized repairs are not eligible for return.
Custom Orders: Custom made or engraved items cannot be returned.
